By accessing Kidixa or purchasing a book, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Kidixa creates personalized children's storybooks using the details and photo you provide. Preview pages may be offered before full purchase.

You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. You must have permission to upload a child's photo and details.

Prices and delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders are processed after successful payment verification. If you are unhappy with a preview page, contact us on WhatsApp before print so we can try to adjust it. After full book generation, a 70% refund may be requested only if the book has not yet been sent to print; no refunds apply once printing has started.

You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant Kidixa permission to use them solely to fulfill your order and operate the service.

Book templates, artwork, branding, and platform content belong to Kidixa or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

Kidixa is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
